How to get remote CAT Support in MCECS

Due to Covid-19 concerns, the onsite CAT front desk in FAB/EB is closed. We are providing remote support using a number of methods.

Email support@cat.pdx.edu with your problem or leave us a voicemail on the CAT support line (503-725-5420). Both of these methods will result in the creation of a trouble ticket that will be responded to by the CAT. Be detailed in describing your problem. Optionally, give us a phone number to call to discuss the issue should it become necessary.

Depending on the problem, we may request a video conference using Zoom or Google Hangouts Meet. During this session, you will be able to share your screen with us to help diagnose the problem.
