On our Windows 7 systems, the old version of Adobe READER (the program/plugin that views pdf documents) is no longer being supported. The next time we patch our Windows systems, any computers running an older version of Acrobat Reader will be upgraded to the current version of Acrobat READER (the 2015 DC version).
Note that this represents a significant change in the user interface that you may be used to.
