On June 20, 2018, we will be upgrading the version of the Firefox browser on our Windows desktops to ESR 60 (Extended Service Release) . It provides users with more usability and security enhancements.
The side effect of this change is that the new Firefox will no longer support the Java plugin that is needed for users of PSU’s Banner INB (not to be confused with Banweb). If you are a Banner INB user on CAT supported systems, you have two options:
1) Use Internet Explorer on CAT supported systems (it still supports the Java plugin)
2) Use OIT’s Remote Enterprise Apps service. Details for this service are below:
