TheCAT provides web access to all users of CAT supported systems. This implies the ability to publish your own web pages, set up and install web applications (using things like php, mysql, postgres, etc), and learning to write your own or modifing existing web applications. Web access is provided by a series of Apache servers running on Solaris and Linux systems.
The Overview document gives you details on what is available. Some web-based applications are also provided for users who wish to embark on collaborative ventures. (ie: Twiki, Trac) Database services are available to all users to assist with their web applications development.
